Spring is (finally!) in the air
Most of the US has fought a long, hard winter. But there’s light at the end of the tunnel: spring is coming, people! Slowly…but still coming.
So we’re celebrating with a fresh and fun sangria for March: Cherry Limeade Sangria!
This recipe comes from Lisa at Wine and Glue (who you might remember from last summer’s Piña Colada Sangria). Lisa’s site is full of inventive food and drink recipes PLUS totally doable craft projects. Dessert Casseroles and DIY Home Decor? Yes, please!
But back to the sangria…
Let me tell you why I love this recipe (aside from the fact that it’s fun and delicious). I love this receipt because it’s just 5 ingredients. And instead of chopping up a bunch of fruit, you just need to slice the lime. So easy! All you need is:
- a dry white (don’t worry, the drink itself will still be sweet!)
- cherry vodka (but plan vodka works too)
- frozen limeade concentrate
- frozen cherries
- limes
