Happy Easter Sunday, Everyone!
Hope you’re celebrating this special holiday with friends and family. Maybe a church service followed by a lovely Easter brunch?
Speaking of brunch, we had a perfect brunch sangria for you this month: Cucumber Melon Sangria! It’s like a refreshing spa session in a glass.
Thanks to Anna at Garnish with Lemon for this super lite (and easy to make ahead) sangria recipe.
By the way, you’re going to want to pole around as some of their other recipes as well. Stuffed Apricots with Goat Cheese, Basil, and Almonds? Um, yes please!
But back to the sangria.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- a dry white wine
- gin
- superfine sugar
- cucumber
- honeydew melon
- mint
- sparkling water
Head over to Garnish with Lemon for the complete recipe.
You might end up extending this sangria long past April!
