Let’s toast the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018 with a brand new Sangria recipe. Our Sangria of the Month for January is Pink Champagne Sangria!
This festive Sangria comes from Becky over at the Cookie Rookie. Becky specializes in simple and delicious recipes. Recipes so easy a newbie can pull them off (thank you, Becky!), but so good a seasoned cook will want to add them to her back pocket.
So naturally, this Pink Champagne Sangria is super easy to make. Whip some up for your New Year’s Eve Toast or your New Year’s Day Brunch. Or for the Golden Globes or the Grammy’s. There’s so much celebrating to do this month! And this Sangria, with its grapefruit and pomegranate (YUM!), is the perfect complement to all your January celebrations.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Sugar
- Fresh mint
- Red grapefruit juice
- Pomegranate juice
- Bubbly Pink Moscato
- Sliced grapefruit, pomegranate arils, and fresh mint for garnish
