Hurray for May!
Don’t you just LOVE May?! Around here it’s the month of brunches! May Day Brunch, Mother’s Day Brunch. I also have four family members with May birthdays, so birthday brunches all around! And, of course, brunch without Mimosas is just a sad, late breakfast.

This made our choice for May’s Sangria of the Month easy. We’re going with Mimosa Sangria!
This recipe from Ali at Gimme Some Oven packs so much fruit into your mimosa, you’ll swear it’s good for you 😉 Btw, if you don’t already follow Ali, you have to check her out! She makes this overnight Cinnamon Roll Casserole that’s to die for!
But back to the Mimosa Sangria. Just a few simple ingredients and you’re ready for brunch:
- Orange juice
- Oranges
- Strawberries
- Pineapple
- Orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
- A bottle of champagne
